Our signature program offering "Fitness for Mom, Fun for Baby™"! Stroller Strides is a wonderful Mommy-and-Me activity!

Stroller Strides® is a stroller-based fitness program designed for moms with little ones. Each 60-minute, total body workout incorporates power walking, strength, toning, songs and activities. Certified fitness instructors offer a variety of fun class formats both indoors and outdoors.

Stroller Barre® »

FIT4MOM offers the country's only stroller-based barre class! Stroller Barre is a unique Mommy-and-Me activity!

Stroller Barre® is a unique blend of ballet, Pilates, barre, yoga and stroller-based exercises incorporated with everything our moms love about Stroller Strides®. This workout is designed to help moms build strength and muscle tone and improve posture all while their little ones are in tow. Created by a mom who was formerly a professional ballerina, this class incorporates prenatal and postnatal training and yields amazing results in an exciting, fun format. Postpartum women tend to have tight and weak pectoral (chest), abdominal and quadriceps muscles. In addition, the back and hamstrings muscles become stretched and weak. This occurs due to hunched posture from breast or bottle feeding, excessive spinal curves while carrying baby in utero and after birth, and repeatedly picking their new (and rapidly growing) baby up. Body Back® Transformation 8-week Program »

Ready to take your health and fitness to the next level? Our specially-trained coaches will take you on a journey to reach your fullest potential. Our meal plans, accountability and assessments are proven by university-backed studies to shed fat, increase strength and endurance, tone muscle and improve energy.

What Does the Body Back® Transformation Program Include?

  • 2 Body Back® workouts per week for 8 weeks in a small group format, Mondays and Wednesdays at 7:30pm at My Gym-Timonium
  • Supplemental streamed workouts for at-home use
  • Body Back® Recipe Book & Meal Plan
  • A food journal for tracking success

Join us for our newest class offering on Saturdays from 7:15-8:15am! Come experience the same workouts highlighted in our Body Back program - burn more calories, increase endurance & shed more fat in the least amount of time! Whether you are brand new to fitness or a seasoned athlete, these workouts will challenge you and motivate you to take your fitness to a whole new level. This can be used in conjunction with the Transformation program (special pricing available for those enrolled!) or class passes are available.
