Body Back® Transformation 8-week Program

Ready to take your health and fitness to the next level? Our specially-trained coaches will take you on a journey to reach your fullest potential. Our meal plans, accountability and assessments are proven by university-backed studies to shed fat, increase strength and endurance, tone muscle and improve energy.

What Does the Body Back® Transformation Program Include?

  • 2 Body Back® workouts per week for 8 weeks in a small group format, Mondays and Wednesdays at 7:30pm at My Gym-Timonium
  • BRAND NEW for 2017: Supplemental streamed workouts for at-home use
  • BRAND NEW for 2017: Body Back® Recipe Book & Meal Plan
  • A food journal for tracking success
  • Before and after fitness assessments and measurements
  • Online coaching and support
  • Resistance band

Our next 8-week session will begin again the fall. We are currently holding two 4-week mini sessions during the summer season.
