Stroller Strides® is a stroller-based fitness program designed for moms with little ones. Each 60-minute, total body workout incorporates power walking, strength, toning, songs and activities. Certified fitness instructors offer a variety of fun class formats both indoors and outdoors.
We meet at the Meadowood Park Monday thru Friday at 9:15 and Saturdays @8:45. We also meet on Tuesdays & Thursdays at Sweet Air Park @9:45. We may move indoors in the event of poor weather. Please check Facebook before coming to class for possible location changes.

Stroller Barre® is a unique blend of ballet, Pilates, barre, yoga and stroller-based exercises incorporated with everything our moms love about Stroller Strides®. This workout is designed to help moms build strength and muscle tone and improve posture all while their little ones are in tow. Created by a mom who was formerly a professional ballerina, this class incorporates prenatal and postnatal training and yields amazing results in an exciting, fun format. Postpartum women tend to have tight and weak pectoral (chest), abdominal and quadriceps muscles. In addition, the back and hamstrings muscles become stretched and weak. This occurs due to hunched posture from breast or bottle feeding, excessive spinal curves while carrying baby in utero and after birth, and repeatedly picking their new (and rapidly growing) baby up. Body Back workouts are designed specifically for women and offer high-intensity interval workouts that will push your limits and give you the strength needed for motherhood....they will also provide the time and space you need to re-focus and concentrate on yourself. Whether you're looking to lose weight, build strength, gain endurance or simply commit to a consistent summer workout routine, these sessions can help you achieve it ALL! Our workouts are offered in a variety of different formats using both indoor and outdoor spaces (weather permitting), so each workout is unique, challenging & fun! Every class concludes with a meditation to end your day in a peaceful and relaxed state of mind.

Does your workout need a BOOST? Join us for our newest class offering: boot-camp style classes that mirrors those taught in our Body Back 8 week program. Classes are for women and offer high-intensity interval workouts that will challenge you and give your fitness level a BOOST! Every class concludes with a meditation to end your day in a peaceful and relaxed state of mind.
We are not currently holding any Boost Classes at this time.more
